Your route to auditing ease begins with setting up the system on the pc. Each location to be included is entered into the database, this forms the “campus tree” a comprehensive listing of all the audit sites. It’s then simply a matter of linking questions or items to each location to be used time and again and easily adapted to changing conditions. Once complete the full audit is downloaded to the PDA in a matter of seconds.
Now it’s off to conduct the edit. Once at the location the auditor enters the location’s name along with their details and then simply runs through each question pertaining to that location. In the example above the auditor simply goes through each item that will not pass, adding reasons with the easy to use “add comment” feature, and then simply selects “pass all others”. A comprehensive, detailed audit compiled with the minimum fuss and the minimum risk of error.
A number of location audits can be completed at any particular time then it’s back to the pc to download all the data and compile reports in a matter of minutes.
