purcell_cookie_consent	Data indicating your acknowledgment of the use of cookies on the site. It's presence prevents popup notification from appearing. Expires 6 months from the date you acknowledged the popup.

What personal information we process

We record your name, telephone number and email address if you provide it via the form on our website’s “Contact Us” page. We may process other information such as your Job Title and names of your colleagues and associates, if provided and relevant to the enquiry you submit.

Special categories of personal data

Special categories of personal data include information about an individual’s health and other categories of personal information which are closely protected. We do not generally process such information unless you have voluntarily provided this to us. For example, where you have advised us of a health issue, which could mean that you may be classed as a “vulnerable”. How we retain your personal information

We will retain your personal information in accordance with applicable laws. We will take reasonable steps to destroy or anonymise personal information we no longer need for the purposes we have set our above. Our retention periods are:

We do not provide a facility to register on our website and no personal data is stored within our website architecture. Personal data that you provide via the contact form on our website is emailed to us and stored within our own secure environment and with trusted third parties (e.g. Mailchimp), with whom we have a data processing agreement in place.

Providing your personal data to others

We may disclose normal personal data to our suppliers under our control (hosting company, email marketing provider, CRM platform) insofar as reasonably necessary to carry out managed website services.

Our website and services are targeted at persons over the age of 18.

If we have reason to believe that we hold personal data of a person under that age in our databases, we will delete that personal data.
