What personal information we process
We record your name, telephone number and email address if you provide it via the form on our website’s “Contact Us” page. We may process other information such as your Job Title and names of your colleagues and associates, if provided and relevant to the enquiry you submit.

Special categories of personal data include information about an individual’s health and other categories of personal information which are closely protected. We do not generally process such information unless you have voluntarily provided this to us. We do not provide a facility to register on our website and no personal data is stored within our website architecture. Personal data that you provide via the contact form on our website is emailed to us and stored within our own secure environment and with trusted third parties (e.g. Mailchimp), with whom we have a data processing agreement in place.

We may disclose normal personal data to our suppliers under our control (hosting company, email marketing provider, CRM platform) insofar as reasonably necessary to carry out managed website services.

Our website and services are targeted at persons over the age of 18.
If we have reason to believe that we hold personal data of a person under that age in our databases, we will delete that personal data.
